Since 2017, Paellas El Mompa has been passionate about sharing the authentic flavors of Spain with our community. Our founder, El Mompa, discovered a love for traditional Spanish cuisine while taking a paella-making class in Madrid and Valencia. Inspired by the rich flavors and warm hospitality of Spanish culture, El Mompa was driven to bring a taste of Spain to our city.
