Our History

We’re a proud family business with a passion for great food and bringing people together. Since 2017, Paellas El Mompa has been serving authentic Spanish paellas that turn every event into a flavorful celebration.

Our founder, El Mompa, discovered his love for Spanish cuisine while taking paella-making classes in Madrid and Valencia. Inspired by the rich flavors, vibrant traditions, and warm hospitality of Spain, he brought that experience home—creating a catering service that delivers more than just a meal, but a shared experience filled with flavor and connection.
